Our Story

We are a family with multi-diverse background. Our heritage and roots come from Colombia and Mexico. Therefore, a lot of our warm memories and experiences are indesputedly intertwined with the culture in these countries. Despite our love for home, we decided to travel around the world and take the best of life. It was at this moment, when we were roaming through Europe, specifically Spain, that we realized how difficult it is to find food close to our hearts that would be similar to the homeland cuisines. We wanted to share the great diversity of dishes and flavors that exist in our countries with the people around us, and today, with a lot of work and effort put in, we can finally make our dream come true. Choosing the tastiest dishes from each of our countries with the high quality, fresh products, allows us to give the authentic flavor of our Latin food to the people of Cardiff. We hope that discovering new tastes starting from a great variety of different flavors of chicken wings to famous Colombian appetisers will insure an enjoyable time at Wings of Glory, and let people open the door into the magical world of Latin dishes without leaving Cardiff.
